Wine is bottled during a specific and limited time of the year. After the current crush and cellaring activity, the previous year(s) wines are bottled. The larger the operation the longer the bottling run lasts. Not every wine is bottled continuously so they will bottle the (as an example) white wine now then a red the next week. In the end, there may be wines that are bottled at specific times of the year and so they may not match the date you need. The best you can hope for is that the bottling date Information is provided with the wine so you can look bottle by bottle for your match. You may (maybe) have luck contacting a specific winery for their bottling dates. |
