How does the wine and water magic swap work?

Question: How does the wine and water magic swap work?

Can you please explain why does this experiment work and how can the 2 liquids swap places (physics point of view) i searched all around i couldnt find anything here is a link if your not sure about what i am talking http:/ / www.metacafe.com/ watch/ 638554/ wine_and_water_magic_swap/

It happens because wine is less dense than water. The surface area that he allows the wine and water to touch each other is small enough that the water will move down and displace the wine in to the top cup, instead of mixing.
