Question: I'm making green chicken enchiladas, what kind of wine and which is your favorite that goes with it?

I dont think wine goes with enchaladas but i wouls say red........... but in my opinion you should just drink beer with it

Riesling white wine either dry or fairly sweet that goes with your green chicken enchiladas My favorite is any sweet white wine not too dry, medium also i like semi dry Pinot Noir red wine it goes with turkey meat
