Wine Information

Question: Does anyone know of a wine store where you bring your bottles, and they fill it? like wine stores in france?

I remember when I lived in France that the lady of the house had her own wine bottles which she would bring to the wine store. They would fill it up for the equivalent of 1- 2 USD, just a decent table wine. I was wondering if there were any such stores here in the states.

Not at all here in the States, as it is illegal..but every once in a while you might find a "DRIVE-THRU " liquor store but not very often as they are far and few between.. Happy wine drinking....CHEERS !!!!
