What is the best wine to drink with the best cheese?
i am a total noob when it comes to wine I want to try out some wine with cheese and apple, what do you guys prefer? any kind of wine and cheese.also what is the best kind of wine that is sweet for any time of day to drink by itself?

After a bottle of wine is uncorked need it be refrigerated?

Any expert at home wine makers out there?
im making 4 liters give or take of wine for my first batch of wine ever.i used 2 liters of ocean spray 100 % pure cranberry grape juice, 2 cups of sugar, 1 liter of water and 1 2 a teaspoon of brewers yeast.i have created a water lock myself, and it seams to be bubbling nicely a bubble every 2 seconds or so .its being kept at about 75 degrees in my basement. being 18 i dont care how it tastes, i just want to see if i can make my own alcohol. HOW LONG TILL IT IS DRINKABLE? and roughly what % of alcohol should i expect from using this amount of sugar? i feel i should have used more

Would this cultivated yeast work for wine making?
ok here this guy explainss how to cultivate yeastinstructables.com answers Is there a way to cultivating yeast at home for ba he is talking about baking, but would this also work in wine making and how would i physically reactivate it to start up the fermenting of the wine yes i am slow to the point of having everything in the demijohnalso would this work with Champagne yeast or Desert high alcohol yeast as to get higher alcohol content.also for this i would either be using water sugar or a bottle of ribina water.thankyou in advance

Do all Australian Wines contain preservatives?
I would drink more Aussie wine if I knew of some reputable brands that don't contain preservatives. Anyone have a clue?
