There are a few local wine tastings I would like to go to with my boyfriend and i was wondering if there is an age requirement

More important than the age requirement, IMHO, is the requirement that you abstain from strong-tasting food before the event.A curry, for example, will ruin your chances of learning about the wines you taste. Don't wear any scent, either.
