Cheeses include: Gruyère, Parmesan, fontina , Gorgonzola

Borolo or Sangiavese. Both good reds. You have strong cheeses and they need something as good to pair with them.

Chiati if you want red. If you're not a red drinker then you might want to consider Pinot Grigio or even Chablis(Chardonnay). The difference between Chablis and Chardonnay is where they're produced. Chablis is simply Chardonnay that's produced in France. Don't mistaken true Chablis for that boxed stuff that you see for $5.99 for 3L. That's whatever's left over from the white grape crop they don't necessarily see fit to put in any other bottled wine.
