Question: I need a company to fit out my wine cellar any help would be good?

I'm extremely efficient and at no cost but the bottles may end up having slightly less than what they were originally corked up with.

Instead of a company, why not have a look for a joiner or cabinet maker near you - I do a bit of that myself in my area, and I'd be happy to take on a job like that - sound like fun. Also you'd have it exactly as you wanted it too
