Some, but not all. It will have similar cardiovascular benefits, but fewer antioxidants. The vitamins and mineral (such as iron) levels will be lower...but not gone.

No. Many of the benefits come from the skins of the grapes. In Rose' wine, the skins are in contact with the wine minimally, so minimal amounts of Reserveratrol and Polyphenols are transferred.
