Red Wine Information

Question: What is the name of this red wine?

I had a delicious glass of wine last night, and I can't remember the name. I do know that it was a red, dated 2007, and had a hint of vanilla taste. The label was black with gothic like font and it started with an A. Thanks! The Brand of the wine started with A. Perhaps a merlot

The vineyard/ brand started with an "A " or the name of the wine started with an "A "? You really aren't giving us much to work with. There are tens of thousands of red wines of 2007 vintage, probably thousands more "A " named wines and even a dozen "A " named grapes; although it was likely Merlot, Cab Sav, P Noir, Zin or Syrah. If you had it at a restaurant, they would know the bottles they serve. Otherwise, you'll have to remember more than this for anyone to be much help.
