Any dry red will fit the bill here. A Cabernet, zinfandel, pinot noir....etc...etc

No matter what wine you buy it will have allot of sugar in it it is the third main ingredient

The driest, meaning the least residual sugar, is Cabernet Sauvignon. As a matter of fact, it is so dry or tannic that most cabernets are blends of merlot and other grapes that soften the wine. Very few wines are 100% cabernet. As a group, French Bordeauxs are very dry and have little residual sugar.
