Port wine jelly recipe?

Question: Port wine jelly recipe?

I want to make Port Wine jelly, and unfortunately I am so busy that I can't follow the cook- book recipe in it's entirety, which naturally wants to use powdered gelatine etc, is it possible to make a viable alternative by using ready- bought jelly- cubes instead? Thanks

I don't think so, you need the gelatin to bloom, which requires the liquid, and of course in your case would be the port wine.
