It should be fine. Port is what is called a fortified wine, which means during the process of making it spirits are added. This prolongs it shelf life and also hits your head a little harder. The one thing you should be worried about is sediments in the bottle. I would recommend that you decant this bottle. There are devices you can buy for this or you can filter it through an unbleached paper coffee filter. |

Port will last quite a while given that it is fortified with spirits |

Yes, if it wasn't a super cheap bottle you bought for a pound (or a dollar, depending on where you live) :) happy drinking. |

No. If it's a decent port, keep it for at least 7. |

It will be fine as long as it has never been opened. If it has been opened then simply had the cap put back on and left for 3 years then it will have slightly oxidised giving it an odd taste. This will depend on the quality of the port. |

No Its Not,Its Not Because Sence its Stayed They For A Long Time Things May Have Crawled in It Or Other Stuff May Have Feel In To The Bottle. If Nothing Like That Happend It Would Be Ok Beacuse The Wine Would Be Fresh Still |

If it has never been opened it is ok to drink. Now if it has been opened and you are opening it again after three years you need to toss it from what I have read Port has a shelf life of 24 hours - 5 weeks depending on the Port. Hope this helps I'm drinking some now with truffles. Yum. |

Yes it should be OK But, you may have to decant it from the bottle into a decanter as there could be a sediment build up I if you our a glass & then stand the bottle up the sediment will pollute the rest of the port. So for safety sake decant the port & enjoy it |

If it says tawny and there is a number on the front of the bottle label like 25 or 30 I am sure will will die immediately upon drinking it. It just so happens that my company specialises in old port disposal. Send it to me and I will be sure taken care of. We also can dispose of a bit of unpasteurised old English farm cheddar if you have any of that laying around. |

All ports are ok to drink if unopened. Vintage ports will last 10-100 years. Same with aged tawnies (have years listed on label, doesn't just say "tawny " port). Keep in a cool place after you open will last up to a month. |
