Making wine from concentrate still bubbling?

Question: Making wine from concentrate still bubbling?

I am making wine from concentrate... I have followed these instructions http:/ / www.wikihow.com/ Brew- Cheap- Wine It has been 3 weeks and my wine is still bubbling... did I do something wrong, is it safe to drink?

If you only added concentrate and yeast it is safe to drink. You want to wait until it finishes bubbling before you drink it though. The bubbles mean the yeast is still working. You dont want to drink it until it is finished...dont worry, the yeast know what they are doing.

Depending on the temperature at which you are storing it. Sometimes the yeast stops working and you may need to rouse it to wake it back up. However, if you do so you may need to let it sit for another 2-3 weeks to let the yeast in suspension settle out.
