Get good yeast at a brew store. You may want to add oak chips and sugar as well. You will need to add a "finings " agent like bentonite at the beginning to help remove the sediments properly after fermentation; this is known as clearing the wine. You will need some equipment to do it right, including a hydrometer and thermometer. This will let you control the fermentation better. The proper containers, such as carboy (big bottle) with an airlock that allows CO2 to escape without letting in oxygen are necessary as well. There are lots of resources on the web to help you.

What makes wine wine, is the bacterial growth from the skins of the grapes. But, you can cheat a little. In chemistry class in high school we used a concentrated grape juice with yeast, but I used Brewer's yeast. I suggest picking up a wine making kit.
