Did Goria’s law say that you had to blend 20 % or more Sangiovese in Italian wines for them to be DOC

The so called "Goria's law " (N° 164 10 february 1992) disciplines the production of wines I.G.T., D.O.C., D.O.C.G. 1) But I cannot read any reference neither to Sangiovese nor to blend in this law. It seems that IGT, DOC and DOCG are a matter of geographical areas not blends. 2,3) On the other side, Sangiovese grape is the main part in many DOC wines. Hope this can help you!
